  • Tracking is by unique discount code; ListsGenie's records determine attribution.
  • Payouts monthly by bank transfer, subject to a $100 minimum threshold.
  • Refunds and chargebacks reverse the related commission.
  • Prohibited: brand-term bidding, spam, self-referral, fake claims, and implying an Etsy affiliation.
  • You must disclose the partnership in all promotions (e.g. #ad), per FTC/ASA/EU rules.
  • You act as an independent contractor and handle your own taxes.
