Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for subscriptions to the ListsGenie.com platform, operated by BRANTELO OÜ (registry code 17282632), Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, Estonia, operating as ListsGenie.

1. General Eligibility

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  • The user has not used any AI generation credits
  • A refund request is submitted within the valid refund window

Refund requests are reviewed individually. All approved refunds are processed in USD and issued to the original payment method via Stripe, minus applicable transaction fees.

2. Refund Windows

Note: If any credits have been used on a monthly plan, no refund will be issued.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Log in to your account dashboard
  • Click the Support section
  • Submit a ticket detailing your request

Refund requests via support@listsgenie.com email are also accepted.

Each request will be manually reviewed. Refunds, if approved, will be issued within 30 calendar days.

4. Credit Use Definition

"Credit use" includes any generation of AI-based Etsy content (title, description, or tags) via the platform.
Login without generation does not count as credit use.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • AI credits have been used in the monthly plan
  • User expresses dissatisfaction after generating any content
  • Refund is requested after the refund window (14 or 60 days)

6. Deductions

All approved refunds will be subject to deduction of:

  • Stripe processing fees
  • Bank transfer fees (if applicable)
These deductions are beyond our control and depend on the payment infrastructure.

7. EU / EEA Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights (the "Cooling-Off Period").

Important: By purchasing a subscription and commencing immediate use of the Service, you expressly request early performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed. Where the Service has not been fully performed (i.e., you have not used any AI credits), the 14-day right of withdrawal applies, and you are entitled to a full refund minus any Stripe processing fees. This aligns with our monthly plan 14-day window in Section 2 above.

To exercise this right, contact support@listsgenie.com within 14 days of purchase with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. We will process the reimbursement within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

8. Denied Refunds — Appeal Process

If your refund request is denied, you will receive written notification explaining the reason. You may appeal the decision by:

  • Replying to the denial notice with additional supporting information within 14 days of receiving it;
  • Submitting a new support ticket at support@listsgenie.com marked "Refund Appeal".

Appeals are reviewed by a senior team member and a final decision will be communicated within 10 business days.

9. Service Downtime

If the Service experiences downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours that is directly attributable to BRANTELO OÜ (excluding force majeure, third-party outages, or scheduled maintenance), affected subscribers may request a pro-rated credit for the period of unavailability. Credits will be applied to the next billing cycle. No cash refunds are issued solely for downtime.

10. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first at support@listsgenie.com to resolve any dispute informally.

If we cannot resolve a dispute amicably, EU/EEA consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

This policy is governed by Estonian law. Any disputes not resolved via ODR shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
